Our Pledges -
Investing in better streets: We will continue to support a rolling programme to resurface pavements and roads across Landore Ward
Safer communities: We will continue to work with the Police, & our PCSO’s to tackle anti social behaviour and make our streets safer. We will support local Community Groups across Landore Ward
Cleaner communities: We will fund a local operative to keep our streets clean by clearing litter and weeds and work to deal quickly any fly tipping problems. We will also install new bins in the ward
Investing in parks and play: We will continue to invest and improve our local parks and play facilities, and continue with tree planting in appropriate areas to improve our environment
Standing up for Landore: We will be accessible to all residents and continue to speak up for the community we represent to ensure your voice is always heard
A bit about the ward …
We put forward Montana Park for investment to upgrade the Play Area and contributed funding from their Councillor Community Budget to assist with the Council’s Play Area Fund and £80,000 pound has now been spent to upgrade the Play Area for children and families who use Montana Park.
Our children deserve the best start in life and we have always tried to ensure that our schools maintain the highest level of education.
